Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute heart and lung failure who are difficult to correct by conventional treatment regimens such as rescue drugs and ventilators and undergo ECMO treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have to replace the machine or be forced to take it off the machine due to objective factors such as mechanical failure of the ECMO equipment alone. 2.Those with severe mental disorders. 3.Be over 90 years old. 4.Those with more than three missing statistical factors in clinical data.
