18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First-time onset, diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke, consistent with the definition of stroke in the "Diagnostic Guidelines for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019"; 2.Stable vital signs, disease course from 2 weeks to 6 months; 3.Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score >=24; 4.Patients can complete motor imagery tasks, with a Motor Imagery Questionnaire (MIQ) score >=25; 5.Patients have no communication barriers. Healthy control group: matched with the case group year, no special criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years old or greater than 70 years old; 2.Terminal-stage malignant disease; 3.Severe cognitive impairment with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of less than 24, and hearing, vision, aphasia, or other disabilities that prevent cooperation with training; 4.Suffering from muscle, skeletal, or other neurological system diseases that affect upper limb motor function, such as fractures, peripheral neuropathy, muscle injuries, etc; 5.A clear history of other cognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.
