Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years old; 2.No pre-existing scalp wounds before skin harvesting; 3.First-time scalp skin graft harvesting; 4.total burn area =50% TBSA;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncooperative patients; 2.Patients receiving biological dressings post-harvesting; 3.Patients with evident donor site infection post-harvesting; 4.Patients developing sepsis or severe systemic infection; 5.Patients with scalp folliculitis; 6.Patients with coagulation disorders; 7.Diabetic patients; 8.Patients with severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, hematologic, psychiatric or neurological diseases;
