Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gynecological elective laparoscopic surgery with no severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction detected in preoperative examinations and good nutritional status; 2.Age between 18 and 60 years; 3.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification is less than Grade III; 4.Body mass index (BMI) between 18-35 kg/m62; 5.Complete information can be obtained from medical records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgical operations; 2.Individuals with diabetes, hypertension, and diseases related to the heart, cerebrovascular system, and mental health are included; 3.Patients with a history of combined malignant tumors; 4.Patients with severe pelvic adhesions; 5.Those who have gastrointestinal function disorders like chronic diarrhea and constipation; 6.Who experience significant changes in their condition after surgery, such as being transferred to ICU for intensive treatment, death, or systemic metastasis.
