Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The hip fracture surgery should be performed under subarachnoid block anesthesia; 2.Gender: No restriction;; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III; 4.BMI 18-35; 5.Age>=65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection at the puncture site; 2.Patients with shock; 3.Coagulation dysfunction; 4.Increased intracranial pressure; 5.History of lumbar spine surgery; 6.Scoliosis; 7.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
