Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 60 to 90 years old; 2.Physical function or daily living activities are impaired due to age, disease, etc.; 3.Consciousness is clear and cognitive function is normal; 4.Basic vital signs of the elderly are stable; 5.The elderly are informed and sign the informed consent form (if the elderly are illiterate, their family members will sign on their behalf);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The elderly have unstable vital signs; 2.Severe organ disorders; 3.Consciousness disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 4.Severe balance disorders; 5.The elderly are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study;
