Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: During the period 2023-2025: 1. 120 patients diagnosed with nAMD and DME after OCT or FFA examination; 2. Conversion to double-dose drugs with poor efficacy of standard-dose anti-VEGF therapy; 3. Post-conversion follow-up >=6 months, and the follow-up data were recorded completely

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fundus images are not clear and cannot be quantitatively analyzed; 2. Patients lost to follow-up; 3. Presence of other eye diseases that may affect efficacy (such as severe glaucoma, retinal detachment, or macular hole).
