Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Locally Advanced and Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Unamenable to Surgical Resection or Curative Therapy (AJCC 8th Edition Stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV); 2. EGFR-Mutated; 3. After EGFR-TKI Treatment Failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with squamous cell carcinoma histology; 2. Patients receiving non-protocol specified therapies (including platinum-based chemotherapy or anlotinib); 3. EGFR wild-type NSCLC patients; 4. Patients without evaluable efficacy endpoints.
