Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=60 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension grade 1: without the use of antihypertensive drugs, blood pressure is measured 3 times on the same day, systolic blood pressure (SBP) is 140~159mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) is 90~99mmHg, hypertension has been clearly diagnosed and is receiving antihypertensive medication, although the blood pressure < 140/90mmHg, it should also be diagnosed as hypertension grade 1; (3) Have the ability to move independently, and be able to carry out resistance movement independently; Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary hypertension; (2) Are using drugs that affect blood pressure in addition to antihypertensive drugs: such as glucocorticoids, sympathomimetic drugs, etc.; (3) Connective tissue disease (Marfan syndrome), thoracic aortic disease, history of pacemaker implantation and arrhythmia, heart failure or damage to important organ function, vasovagal syncope; (4) History of knee, hip, pelvis or femur fracture in the past 6 months; History of severe falls in the past 6 months; Major surgery in the past 6 months; (5) Participated in an organized training program in the past 6 months.
