Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parental informed consent; 2. At baseline, 3-7 years old; 3. Can cooperate in determining caries activity; 4. Can complete follow-up within 12 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete follow-up due to serious illness; 2. Have taken antibiotics within one month; 3. Have taken hormones or immunosuppressants within 6 months; 4. History of local oral medication within one month; 5. Researchers believe that other diseases or conditions may affect the test results.
