Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1n line with the 2019 American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons ( AAOS ) clinical practice guidelines for rotator cuff injury ; 2.The function of shoulder joint was normal before injury. 3. Age 18-65 years old ; 4. Supraspinatus muscle tear degree < 1cm ; 5.VAS score <= 4 ; 6.Voluntary to join this study, can adhere to the treatment. The patients included in this study were all diagnosed as rotator cuff injury by the doctors of Sichuan Provincial Orthopaedic Hospital according to the clinical manifestations of the patients, combined with physical examination and imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All rotator cuff fractures were shown by technical investigation ( ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging ). 2. Patients with mental system diseases ; 3. those with cognitive impairment and unable to cooperate with treatment ; 4. Patients with severe organic lesions ; 5. Patients with a history of shoulder surgery.
