Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Meets diagnostic criteria for GD disease; (3) Meet the definition of persistent or recurrent GD; (4) No abnormalities of the vocal cords and no damage to the laryngeal reentrant nerve confirmed by laryngoscopy; (5) A follow-up period of more than 3 months; (6) Patients refused surgery or radioactive iodine treatment; (7) Agreed to participate in this clinical study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The presence of a clear indication for surgery (e.g., compressive goiter, thyroid malignancy), etc; (2) Presence of active Graves' ophthalmopathy (CAS >= 3 points); (3) Combination of primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic system and malignant tumors and psychiatric disorders; (4) Serious bleeding tendency and coagulation dysfunction; (5) Low patient compliance or incomplete medical information; (6) Pregnant and lactating women.
