Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Recurrent AVF stenosis; (2) The first treatment of PTA was conventional balloon dilatation; (3) A single vein Stenosis lesion; (4) The fistula vein is mature, and the diameter of the normal part is greater than 5 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with extensive thrombosis in local focal vessels; (2) Allergic to paclitaxel; (3) Hemodialysis puncture is difficult to perform; (4) Those with unstable vital signs; (5) Severe coagulation function Persons with disabilities; (6) AVF infected persons; (7) AVF thrombosis; (8) Target lesions across joints; (9) There were signs of central venous disease
