Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-70 years old, gender not restricted; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ?-?; 3. Scheduled for intermediate- to high-risk non-cardiac surgery; 4. Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are known to be allergic to remimazolam or have a history of severe allergies and a family history of allergies; Patients who are known to be allergic to etomidate; Patients who have long-term used narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; Patients with opioid dependence or opioid tolerance; Patients with severe abnormalities in lung, liver and kidney functions and those with low adrenal cortical function; Patients with epilepsy;Patients with severe arrhythmia; Patients with acute myocardial infarction; Emergency surgery; Patients whom the researchers consider unsuitable to participate in this clinical study
