18 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-78 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients at high risk of extubation (referring to patients with preoperative assessment of difficult airway, increased risk of intraoperative airway management, limited postoperative reintubation options, full stomach, and one or more extubation risk factors, who may require reintubation after extubation and face difficulty in reintubation); 2.Patients with severe underlying diseases in vital organs (heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, etc.); 3.Patients with postoperative mechanical ventilation duration >48 hours; 4.Patients with intraoperative massive hemorrhage (more than 500ml); 5.Patients with hemodynamic instability.
