Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 50-70 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis recommended by the Chinese Journal of Orthopedics Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2018 Edition); (3) NRS score of 3-8 points; (4) The X-ray evaluation results are in line with the Kellgren-Lawrence classification (K-L grade) grade I to III; ?BMI:18.5-29.9 kg/m^2; (6) Patients have a good desire for treatment and good family support, and the patient voluntarily signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis, tumors, and gout; (2) hemodynamic instability, sepsis and local infection of the affected knee; (3) Corticosteroid injection at the treatment site within 1 month; Systemic corticosteroids within 2 weeks; (4) Patients with a recent history of knee surgery; (5) Platelet dysfunction syndrome, severe thrombocytopenia; (6) Hemoglobin value less than 10g/dL.
