Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-75 years old; Gender is not limited; MRI scan confirmed supratentorial, subcortical and unilateral focal ischemic stroke. First symptomatic ischemic stroke with a duration of 14 +/- 2 days; Right handed; 48h after stroke, the NIHSS score was less than 16 and the sixth item score was not 0; Patients themselves and/or their legal guardians agreed to participate in this clinical study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to TMS and MRI (e.g. intracranial or subcortical metallic implants, except non-ferromagnetic dental implants); Claustrophobia; Epilepsy, aphasia or cognitive impairment that severely impairs communication; The patient had been bedridden for more than 2 months before the onset of the disease. Patients received transcranial magnetic stimulation within the past 3 months; He had a history of severe hearing impairment and alcohol dependence.
