Interventions

Pulse radiofrequency group (Group R):Only perform blunt needle pulsed radiofrequency treatment
Collagenase group (Group C):Only perform blunt needle collagenase injection
Combined group (R + C group):Pulsed radiofrequency followed by collagenase injection

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years Single-level cervical or lumbar disc herniation MRI/CT-confirmed disc protrusion consistent with clinical symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intervertebral disc calcification, bony spinal canal stenosis, spinal instability or cauda equina syndrome. Coagulation dysfunction, infection, pregnancy, history of collagenase allergy.
