Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infant liver transplant recipients; 2.No history of using immunosuppressants or hormones within 1 year; 3. First surgery; 4. Pediatric end-stage liver disease scoring system (PELD)<20;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.preoperative renal dysfunction; 2.complicated with serious cardiopulmonary or endocrine diseases; 3.Congenital vascular malformations affect the procedure; 4.Different postoperative immunosuppression regimens; 5.No follow-up conditions;
