Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with FAI through clinical manifestations, X-ray plain films, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans 2. The standard is symptomatic patients aged 15-55 years old 3. Inguinal pain for more than 3 months 4. Pain and limited mobility during anterior impact test (passive hip flexion 90 ° adduction and internal rotation) or posterior impact test (external rotation during hip hyperextension) 5. Imaging of cam deformity: angle a>50 °: supine joint anterior posterior X-ray shows preoperative lateral central edge angle (LCEA) between 25 ° and 45 °
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to join the group 2. Have undergone hip surgery in the past and have a Tonnis grade of osteoarthritis>2 3. Patients with other hip joint diseases such as acetabular dysplasia 4. Bilateral symptomatic FAI patients 5. The age of first onset is over 55 years old
