Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2023 to March 2025 and were treated with intravenous PCA after surgery; 2.Patients of any age or gender; 3.The analgesic drug in the PCA preparation was sufentanil.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient used a non-intravenous PCA regimen or the PCA analgesic drug was not sufentanil; 2.The patient was a pregnant woman; 3.The PCA regimen was used for non-postoperative analgesia; 4.The patient underwent a second surgery within a short period of time; 5.Key data such as the patient's age, gender, height, weight, preoperative diagnosis, surgery type, and PCA use were missing.
