Perioperative Neurocognitive Disorders

Interventions

Experimental group:Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride nasal spray 100µg, administered nasally 30 minutes before surgery.
Control group:Midazolam 2-3mg, morphine 0.1mg/Kg, intramuscular injection 30 minutes before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=18 years; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score was grade II-IV; 3. Patients undergoing elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; 4.Left ventricular ejection fraction >=40%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Inconsistent surgical type; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C, preoperative renal replacement therapy); 5. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 6. History of general anesthesia drug allergy; 7. Severe preoperative dementia; 8. Language barrier preventing communication; 9. Mental illness rendering cooperation impossible; 10. Patients with a history of prior traumatic brain injury or neurosurgery.
