20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for adenomyosis combined with infertility, with symptoms such as menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, endometrial displacement, and uterine enlargement. Actively prepare for pregnancy for more than 1 year without successful pregnancy; 2. Patients aged>=20 years old; 3. First admission for treatment; 4. Clinical medical records are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age>=45 years old; 2. Other gynecological diseases that affect fertility, such as endometrial polyps and intrauterine adhesions; 3. Endocrine abnormalities, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, and hyperthyroidism; 4. History of gynecological surgery; 5. Suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment. 6. Poor embryo transfer score; 7. Incomplete or poor quality imaging data.
