Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV-infected individuals confirmed by confirmed tests; 2. Patients who received initial treatment or switched to BIC/FTC/TAF regimens for antiviral therapy; 3. Age range 18-50 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, hematological, neurological, or autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients with opportunistic infections or tumors; 3. Mental disorders; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Malignant tumors. 6. Those with blood pressure greater than 130/85 mmHg or diagnosed with hypertension and being treated; 7. Abdominal obesity, with male waist circumference = 90 cm and female waist circumference = 85 cm; 8. Fasting blood glucose = 6.1 mmol/L, or diagnosed with diabetes and being treated.
