Control group: intestinal barrier non-aging group (Part I):None
Case Group: Intestinal Barrier Aging Group (Part I):None
Bifidobacterium bifidum probiotic group (Part II: Interventional study):1g of Bifidobacterium bifidum (1×10^10 CFU) of healthy infant origin was administered 1 hour after lunch daily for 3 months duri
Biostime (Part II: Interventional Study):During the intervention period, Bifidobacterium bifidum 1×10^10 CFU 2'-FL food grade (90%) 1g (the two components are integrated into 1g of the test substance)
Placebo group (Part II: Interventional study):1g of maltodextrin was administered 1 hour after lunch daily for 3 months during the intervention period.
Human milk oligosaccharide prebiotic group (Part II: Interventional study):During the intervention period, 1g of 2'-FL food grade (90%) was administered 1 hour after lunch every day for 3 months.

55 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 55-65 years old (including both ends); 2. Able to take care of oneself in daily life; 3. Have lived locally for three years or more; 4. I and my family members cooperate, voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the aging group of intestinal tract: any one or more of the three indicators of plasma diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactate (D-LC), and bacterial endotoxin (BT) show an upward trend and exceed the standard value range; Inclusion criteria for the non aging group of intestinal barrier: plasma diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactate (D-LC), and bacterial endotoxin (BT) did not show an upward trend and did not exceed the standard value range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe organic lesions (such as severe liver disease with cirrhosis, severe renal insufficiency, severe COPD, severe cardiovascular disease, etc.); 2. Diagnosed with malignant tumors within the past two years; 3. Received antibiotic treatment within the past month.
