Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 55-65 years old (including both ends); 2. Able to take care of oneself in daily life; 3. Have lived locally for three years or more; 4. I and my family members cooperate, voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the aging group of intestinal tract: any one or more of the three indicators of plasma diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactate (D-LC), and bacterial endotoxin (BT) show an upward trend and exceed the standard value range; Inclusion criteria for the non aging group of intestinal barrier: plasma diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactate (D-LC), and bacterial endotoxin (BT) did not show an upward trend and did not exceed the standard value range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe organic lesions (such as severe liver disease with cirrhosis, severe renal insufficiency, severe COPD, severe cardiovascular disease, etc.); 2. Diagnosed with malignant tumors within the past two years; 3. Received antibiotic treatment within the past month.
