Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All live birth premature infants ( gestational age <= 37 weeks ) delivered in Ningxia were included in this project with the informed consent of the guardian. 1. Live birth premature infants 2. The gestational age at birth was 24-36 weeks. 3. Regular follow-up of premature infants to corrected gestational age of 2 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The clinical data is incomplete, there is a clear medical dispute; 2. Premature infants withdrawn during follow-up; 3. Premature infants who died of various causes.

MeasureTime frame
The physical development indexes ( head circumference, body length and body weight ) of the two groups were measured at 42 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months of corrected gestational age.;The development indicators ( Griffiths Development Assessment Scale ) of the two groups at 42 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months of corrected gestational age were measured.;Behavioral indicators ( behavioral scales ) of the two groups at 42 days of corrected gestational age, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months were measured.;
