65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 to 80 years; 2. ASA classification level III; 3. Patients undergoing scheduled laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. illiteracy or those who are unable to cooperate due to audio-visual impairments; 2. Patients with concurrent neurological diseases (abnormal mental state, consciousness) or other major diseases (such as coronary heart disease, etc.); 3. Previous use of psychotropic drugs or sedatives; 4. Previous heavy alcoholics (> 40g/d for men and > 20g/d for women); 5. Those who already have cognitive impairment before the operation; 6. Patients who have previously undergone tests related to cognitive function; 7. Those who undergo radiotherapy or chemotherapy before the operation; 8. Patients who need a large amount of blood transfusion during the operation due to their condition.
