Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (confirmed by DSA); 2.Between the ages of 18 and 75; 3.Surgery performed within 24 hours of onset; 4.Patients who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 2.Patients with a history of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease or central nervous system diseases; 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.Patients with a history of severe trauma or surgery within the past month; 5.Patients taking anticoagulant drugs (such as warfarin, heparin, etc.) or antiplatelet drugs (such as aspirin, clopidogrel, etc.); 6.Patients with a history of acute or chronic infection, immune system diseases, or malignant tumors;
