Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke, are diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI, are the first case, and have a onset time of = 2 weeks andStage I; 5 Patients can understand and actively participate in the evaluation plan, and patients and their families agree and sign the 'informed consent form'.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with unstable vital signs; 2 Patients with severe diseases such as respiratory failure, heart failure, renal failure, and tumors, as well as those with bipolar affective disorder before stroke; 3 Individuals who have difficulty cooperating due to symptoms such as aphasia or forgetfulness, and have communication barriers; 4 Diagnosed with severe depression through the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale; 5 Individuals with a history of mental illness or taking antipsychotic medication; 6 Have a history of epileptic seizures; 7 Patients who have undergone cranial surgery; 8 Contraindications for receiving magnetic resonance imaging or transcranial magnetic stimulation or transcranial direct current stimulation (cardiac pacemaker, such as after DBS surgery).
