Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Clinical diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma or radiation-induced osteomyelitis of the jawbone caused by secondary infection after radiotherapy; 2. Complete clinical examination data and demographic information; 3. The lifestyle habits survey questionnaire is complete; 4. Can tolerate prolonged oral operation; Control group: 1. Clinical diagnosis is not head and neck squamous cell carcinoma or bone marrow infection caused by secondary infection after radiotherapy; 2. Complete clinical examination data or demographic information; 3.The lifestyle habits survey questionnaire is complete; 4. Can tolerate prolonged oral operation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Under 18 years old; 2. Human immunodeficiency virus infection or drug addiction; 3. Suffering from digestive or respiratory diseases in the past six months; 4. Patients who refuse or do not cooperate with gas collection. Control group: 1. Under 18 years old; 2. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or drug addiction; 3. Suffering from digestive or respiratory diseases in the past six months; 4. Patients who refuse or do not cooperate with gas collection.
