Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Interventions

The neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy group:Patients with esophageal cancer received 2 to 6 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy before the operation.
The neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment group:Esophageal cancer patients received 4 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy before the operation.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), staged T1N1-3M0 or T2-4aN0-3M0; 3. Completed neoadjuvant therapy and underwent transthoracic esophagectomy; 4. Complete clinical data available, able to provide comprehensive treatment information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of malignant tumors; 2. Incomplete neoadjuvant treatment or salvage surgery; 3. Unable to assess treatment response due to missing examination data; 4. Missing clinical data or follow-up information.
