Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes, age >=65 years old, insulin treatment for more than 1 month; 2. Able to take care of oneself and live in the fifth district of Foshan City; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Basic reading and writing skills; 5. Have a smartphone and be able to use WeChat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with visual and hearing impairment or communication impairment; 2. Those who suffer from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and are unable to take care of themselves; 3. Cognitive dysfunction, severe mental illness, etc.; 4. Bedridden or mobility disorder; 5. Recent history of surgery, trauma, acute macrovascular complications and infectious diseases such as heart and brain.
