Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged over 18 years who are undergoing partial hepatectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior severe lung disease; Intolerance to surgical treatment and anesthesia intubation; Severe heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction; History of severe neuropsychiatric disorders or drug abuse, severe hematological disorders; Patients who had unexpected massive bleeding during the operation and received blood transfusion.
