Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 2 years and < 18 years at the time of kidney transplant surgery; 2) Receiving kidney transplant surgery from deceased child donors at Shanghai Changhai Hospital; 3) Complete electronic inpatient medical records and postoperative outpatient follow-up system data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Kidney transplantation was performed within 2 weeks after surgery due to surgical complications; 2) Death from severe complications within 2 weeks after surgery; 3) Postoperative follow-up data were missing or lost to follow-up.
