Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collect 1000 blood samples of O type suspended red blood cells donated by blood donors aged 18-60 (regardless of gender) from the Beijing Red Cross Blood Center from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026, and 200 blood samples of autologous suspended red blood cells and autologous apheresis red blood cells prepared by O type patients aged 14-100 (regardless of gender) undergoing preoperative autologous blood storage at this center, totaling 1200 samples.
