Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The clinical diagnosis is kidney stones or upper ureteral stones; 2.In the urology department of our hospital, retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) was performed using a flexible ureteroscope sheath with a bendable tip or a conventional flexible ureteroscope sheath; 3.The maximum diameter of a single stone is 8-20mm; if there are multiple stones, the sum of the maximum diameters of the stones is 8-20mm; 4.The patient is aged 18 years or older and 85 years or younger; 5.Complete clinical data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Massive hydronephrosis (renal pelvis dilation greater than 50mm); 2.Severe ureteral stenosis or distortion; 3.Uncontrolled urinary tract infections; 4.Merge renal pelvis or ureteral tumors; 5.Combined with severe coagulation dysfunction, severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney dysfunction, and mental illness;
