Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Singleton term parturients aged 18-45 years admitted for delivery with planned labor analgesia; 2. ASA physical status II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Patient refusal; 2. Contraindications to neuraxial labor analgesia; 3. Height 100 kg or BMI >=40 kg/m²; 5. Pre-existing SBP >160 mmHg, preeclampsia or eclampsia; 6. Chronic analgesic use or concurrent intra-labor alternative analgesia; 7. Non-reassuring fetal status; 8. Known fetal congenital anomalies.
