Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects: Matched with patients in terms of age, gender, and education, with no history of head trauma, no history of mental or neurological diseases, no physical activity disorders, and no factors affecting them prior to participation such as infections, fatigue, or emotional agitation. Participants must sign an informed consent form. Patients with facial muscle spasms: 1. Must meet the following diagnostic criteria; 2. No gender restrictions, age: primarily between 18 to 75 years, based on actual recruitment needs; 3. Course of disease: primarily within 1 week to 2 years, with some cases from 7 months to 9 years, and 2 months to 20 years, based on actual needs; 4. Must voluntarily join this research trial, demonstrate good compliance, and either the patient or their family must sign an informed consent form; 5. Patients must have a good mental state and be able to communicate normally; 6. Approved by the hospital's ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other facial movement disorders such as blepharospasm, facial tics, myoclonus, oromandibular dystonia, etc.; 2.Individuals who have not received any other treatment methods or medication during the course of treatment; 3.Secondary hemifacial spasm patients with clear causes such as vascular malformations, arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, etc.; 4.Patients with a history of allergy to the study drug or with coagulation disorders; 5.Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, or other diseases, as well as pregnant and lactating women.
