Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth weight <1500g or gestational age <32 weeks; 2. Preterm infants with mechanical ventilation 24 hours after birth; 3. Obtain the informed consent of the infant's parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations (such as congenital heart disease, congenital digestive tract malformations); 2. Necrotizing enterocolitis; 3. Genetic metabolic diseases; 4. Parents request to withdraw from the experiment.
