Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First occurrence of stroke, confirmed by imaging (CT/MRI) as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, with a disease duration of >=1 months and =?. 5. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >=24, indicating sufficient cognitive capacity to understand and comply with interventions. 6. Voluntary provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, dementia), uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg or diastolic >100 mmHg), ocular diseases, or systemic conditions that may impair postural control or balance. 2. Severe comorbidities (e.g., advanced heart disease, cancer, multiorgan failure). 3. Musculoskeletal disorders affecting balance or mobility (e.g., fractures, severe arthritis). 4. Participation in systematic exercise rehabilitation programs (e.g., resistance training, Tai Chi) within the past 3 months. 5. Inability to complete Tai Chi or DNS training due to pain, severe spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale >3), Fugl-Meyer Assessment score <50, or joint contractures.
