Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 60 years or older; 2 Diagnosed with MCI based on Petersen’s criteria [1], including self-reported memory complaints, a Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) of 0.5, and a Standardized Mini-Mental State Examination (SMMSE) score of 24 or above; 3 Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to complete computerized tasks; 4 Medically cleared to participate in physical exercise ; 5 Stable use ( >= 3 months) of any cognitive-affecting medication, if applicable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Unstable medical conditions or terminal illness; 2 Diagnosis of dementia or severe mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia); 3 Severe sensory impairments affecting mobility; 4 Resting heart rate = 100 bpm; 5 A score greater than 6 on the Geriatric Depression Scale-15 (GDS-15); 6 Contraindications to exercise based on the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines (2013); 7 Participation in another ongoing intervention study.
