Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clusion criteria:(1) Age between 18 and 80 years.(2) No evidence of distant metastasis confirmed by preoperative assessment.(3) Preoperative imaging studies suggestive of pancreatic cancer.(4) Signed surgical informed consent.(5) Preoperative assessment indicating resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer according to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines.(6) No surgical contraindications identified during preoperative evaluation.(7) Intraoperative evaluation confirming no invasion of the celiac axis and/or superior mesenteric artery (SMA), and absence of distant metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:(1) Preoperative comprehensive assessment confirming distant metastasis of pancreatic cancer.(2) Pancreatic cancer assessed as unresectable according to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines.(3) Preoperative evaluation indicating inability to tolerate surgery.(4) Intraoperative evaluation revealing invasion of the celiac axis and/or superior mesenteric artery (SMA), or presence of distant metastasis.(5) Postoperative pathological examination confirming non-pancreatic carcinoma.(6) Patients or family members refusing surgical treatment, failure to sign or withdrawal of informed consent.
