Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is a chief complaint of neck pain that meets the non-specific diagnostic criteria for neck pain; 2. Age range of 18-60 years old; 3. The patient's pain is limited to the neck, shoulders, and posterior scapula; 4. Pain lasting for more than three months, with a Visual Analog Pain Scale score of>=3; 5. The patient has no neck pain caused by specific causes such as trauma, tumors, infections, etc; 6. Those who have not received formal or informal rehabilitation training within one month; 7. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of trauma or surgery in the neck, scapular region, and shoulder area; 2. Symptoms and signs of nerve root or spinal cord compression; 3. Cervical and thoracic spine tumors or tuberculosis; 4. Congenital or acquired spinal cord lesions; 5. Severe hypertension; 6. Shoulder periarthritis or severe limitation of shoulder joint movement; 7. Cognitive impairment, severe visual or hearing impairment.
