Interventions

NPA group:NPA group was given oxygen through nasopharyngeal airway
HFNC group:HFNC group was given transnasal high-flow humidified oxygenation
NPA&HFNC group:NPA&HFNC group was given nasopharyngeal airway combined with transnasal high-flow humidified oxygenation
Control group:The control group was given normal nasal oxygen tube for oxygen intake

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Classification I-III 2.Age 18 or older 3.BMI >=28 Kg/m^2 4.Approved by the hospital ethics committee and signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency 2.No fasting or full stomach 3.Severe coagulation disorders, bleeding tendencies or during anticoagulation therapy 4.Nasal mass or hemangioma 5.Severe maxillary trauma or skull base fracture 6.Allergy to or intolerance of general anesthesia drugs
