Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age range for selection is between 18 and 75 years old (including the threshold); The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) standard grades I-II; Perform spinal anesthesia (lumbar anesthesia/epidural anesthesia/combination of hard waist); Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe spinal deformities; Infection or occupation at the puncture site; coagulation disorders; Previous history of lumbar spine surgery; Cognitive impairment or inability to coordinate with body position.
