Interventions
tDCS after CCT group:Patients received tDCS for 20 minutes and CCT for 30 minutes four hours later
tDCS prior to CCT group:Patients received 30 minutes of CCT and 20 minutes of tDCS four hours later
tDCS concurrent with CCT group:Patients receive both CCT and tDCS, and tDCS will be administered within 20 minutes of CCT
Sham tDCS group:tDCS spurious stimulation was performed in conjunction with CCT therapy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The research subjects are stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. They are conscious, with stable conditions and vital signs, and capable of completing cognitive assessments; 3. They are experiencing their first stroke and within three months of onset; 4. Their Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score is less than 26 points; 5. They have given informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, tumors, hydrocephalus or trauma; 2. Cognitive impairment caused by other diseases; 3. Those with visual, auditory or other impairments that prevent normal communication; 4. Cognitive decline before stroke.
