Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old, gender not limited; 2. The clinical diagnosis is consistent with ZAP; The pain score NRS >=4 points; 3. The location of the painful segments is clear. After clinical assessment, CT-guided DRG-PRF treatment is required; 4. Generally in good condition, able to tolerate surgical operations and follow-up; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation disorders or infectious diseases; 2. Abnormal local anatomical structure or imaging indicating significant organ disorders in the puncture channel; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to accurately cooperate with pain assessment or follow-up.
