Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clearly diagnosed skin conditions such as vitiligo, psoriasis, lichen planus, lupus erythematosus, and chronic wound-healing problems. 4. The healthy skin tissue needed to be removed due to the patient's own needs. 3. Be between 10 and 80 years old. 4. Patients who were willing and able to cooperate with the study process and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple serious complications (such as severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.). 2. Patients with recent immunosuppressive therapy that could have affected the study results. 3. Patients with severe infections or other diseases that affect the function of the immune system. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Patients with psychological or psychiatric disorders who were unable to cooperate with the study process.
