Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-75 years old, gender not limited; 2. Patients who plan to undergo rigid bronchoscopy under general anesthesia; 3. ASA grades I-III; 4. Sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergies to the drugs involved in this study; 2. Preoperative sore throat or respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and neurological diseases, as well as liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the past month.
