Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose clinical manifestations and signs were diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris or atopic dermatitis; 2. The control group consisted of healthy individuals who visited the hospital for physical examinations at the same time; 3. Age range: 15 years old and above, but less than 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has other chronic skin diseases; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as heart failure, respiratory failure, and kidney failure; 3. Illiterate; 4. Pregnant; 5. Physically disabled.
